1 ripe avocado
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro

For the Tacos:
8 small flour tortillas
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Lime wedges for serving

INSTRUCTIONS:
