🍓 Strawberry Cheesecake Dump Cake
Only 5 ingredients and no mixing bowls required—just layer, bake, and enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 box yellow or white cake mix
1 (21 oz) can strawberry pie filling
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
½ cup granulated sugar
½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
2️⃣ Layer the filling: Spread the strawberry pie filling evenly in the bottom of the dish.
3️⃣ Mix cheesecake layer: In a bowl, beat together softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Drop spoonfuls over the strawberry filling and gently spread.
4️⃣ Add cake mix: Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the top—do not stir.
5️⃣ Pour butter: Drizzle the melted butter evenly over the cake mix to moisten as much of the surface as possible.
6️⃣ Bake: Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
7️⃣ Cool slightly & serve: Let it cool for 10–15 minutes before serving. Great warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream!
💡 Tips:
Add fresh strawberry slices on top for extra flavor and texture.
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days—delicious chilled too!
