Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2¾ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt

For the cinnamon swirl:
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Optional glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2–3 tablespoons milk or cream
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan well.
2. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then add sour cream and vanilla.
3. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
4. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon for the swirl.

Ingredients:
- 18 Oreo cookies (whole, not separated)
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup canned pumpkin puree
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- Whipped cream, for topping
- Crushed Oreos or cinnamon, for garnish (optional)

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Line a muffin tin with 18 paper liners. Place one whole Oreo in the bottom of each liner.

Ingredients:
- 1½ cups pecan halves
- ¾ cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup Medjool dates, pitted
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- Melted dark or white chocolate for coating (optional)

Directions:
1. In a food processor, pulse pecans until finely chopped (not paste). Add graham cracker crumbs and pulse a few times.
2. Add dates, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Process until the mixture sticks together when pressed.
3. Scoop out 1 tablespoon of dough and roll into balls.
