- 3 tsp. Minced garlic
- 2 tsp. Ginger paste
- 2 Tbsp. Sesame oil
- Green onions for garnish

Directions:
1. Heat a tablespoon of sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the ground beef and chopped onion, sautéing until the beef is completely browned and the onion is tender.
3. When the meat is halfway cooked, stir in the shredded carrots.
4. Throw in the cabbage and cook until it starts to soften.
5. In a separate bowl, mix together the soy sauce, minced garlic, ginger paste, and the remaining tablespoon of sesame oil.
6. Pour this savory sauce over the beef and veggies, stirring to combine.
7. Let it all cook together for another 3-5 minutes before serving, and don't forget to sprinkle those fresh green onions on top! Enjoy!
