Spring doesn't need help. But we show up anyway. π·π
There's something about this time of year, when hyacinth is practically perfuming the air and tulips are doing the absolute most, that reminds us why we source locally and seasonally whenever we can. Not because we have to. Because nothing we could ship in from across the world is going to beat what's growing twenty minutes away right now.
This ceremony backdrop at Terrain at Styer's is a little proof of that. Blue anemone, violet pansy, hyacinth threaded through structure, tulips doing what tulips do. All of it alive and in season and exactly where it belongs.
