We put MiniChef to the test. An AI audited us — and had to take it back. 🤖

Here's what happened:

An AI reviewed MiniChef and flagged us. It said our "science-backed" claims were probably just marketing language. That without transparent citations and verified experts, we were just another wellness food blog.

So we showed it our magnesium article.

It read the peer-reviewed citations (Nutrients 2025, BMC Pediatrics 2021, PubMed 1997). It checked Dr. Roseann Capanna-Hodge's credentials. It found the medical disclaimer.

Then it said:
