Sliced Baked Potatoes

Ingredients:
- 4 large russet potatoes
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Ingredients:

- ¼ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup caramel, melted
- 1 ¼ cups shredded coconut, toasted
- 4 oz semisweet chocolate, melted

Instructions:

- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup chicken broth (or vegetable broth)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste

Ingredients for Fresh Salad:
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1/4 cup sliced cucumber
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Coffee Loaf Cake with Walnuts and Rich Espresso Glaze

Ingredients:
- Cake: 200g dates (pitted and chopped), 150ml hot coffee, 100g butter, 150g brown sugar, 2 eggs, 200g all-purpose flour, 1 tsp baking soda, 100g chopped walnuts
- Glaze: 100g powdered sugar, 2 tbsp strong espresso

Instructions:
Soak the chopped dates in hot coffee for 10 minutes.
Cream butter and sugar, then beat in the eggs one at a time.
Fold in the flour and baking soda, then add the soaked dates (along with any liquid) and walnuts.

Raspberry White Chocolate Cheesecake

Ingredients:
- Crust: 200g graham cracker crumbs, 80g melted butter
- Filling: 500g cream cheese, 150g sugar, 2 eggs, 200g white chocolate (melted), 100g sour cream
- Raspberry Swirl: 100g raspberries, 2 tbsp sugar

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F).
2. Mix crust ingredients and press into a 9-inch springform pan.
3. Blend cream cheese and sugar, add eggs one by one, then mix in melted white chocolate and sour cream.
4. Pour filling over the crust and swirl raspberry mixture on top for a marbled effect.
