1 tsp soy sauce

Salt & pepper

For the Avocado Layer

2 ripe avocados, diced

1 tbsp lime juice

1 tbsp chopped cilantro

Salt & pepper

For the Rice Layer

2 cups cooked jasmine or basmati rice

1 tbsp butter

1 tbsp chopped cilantro

Juice of 1/2 lime

Salt to taste

For Drizzle (optional but amazing)

1 tbsp honey

1 tsp lime juice

A pinch of chili flakes

🔥 Instructions
1. Prepare the Chicken

Mix olive oil, honey, lime zest, lime juice, garlic, soy sauce, paprika, chili flakes, salt & pepper.

Add chicken and marinate 15–30 minutes (or longer for more flavor).

Heat a skillet and cook chicken 4–6 minutes until caramelized and golden.

2. Prepare the Avocado Layer

Mix diced avocado with lime juice, cilantro, salt & pepper.

Keep it chunky, not mashed.

1. Marinate the Chicken

Mix yogurt, olive oil, garlic, lemon, vinegar, and all spices.
