Ingredients:
2-3 racks of pork ribs (baby back or spare ribs)
Salt and black pepper
2 tablespoons paprika
1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
1 cup barbecue sauce (store-bought or homemade)
For the Mashed Potatoes:
4 large potatoes (russet or Yukon Gold)
4 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup milk or heavy cream

For the Green Beans:
Fresh green beans
Salt

Instructions:
Prepare the Ribs:
Remove the thin membrane from the back of the ribs.
Mix salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne.
Rub the spice mixture generously over the ribs.
