• 1 can diced tomatoes
• 1½ cups chicken broth (or beef broth)
• 1 tbsp flour (or cornstarch)
• Shredded cheddar cheese
• Shredded mozzarella cheese

👩‍🍳 Directions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the noodles according to package directions, drain, and toss with a little butter.
Brown the ground beef with the diced onion until fully cooked.
Season with taco seasoning (or chili powder), garlic powder, and black pepper.

• 25–30 beef or turkey pepperoni slices
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• Fresh parsley (optional)

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Ingredients
Beef Filling
2 tsp oil
½ small white onion, chopped
4 oz Hatch green chiles
2 Roma tomatoes, diced
2 lbs ground beef
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp dried oregano
2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground black pepper
Salt, to taste
Creamy Jalapeño Dip
8 oz cream cheese, softened
¼ cup sour cream
¼ cup pickled jalapeño juice
10 pickled jalapeños (more or less to taste)
Assembly
6–8 cups tortilla chips (Tostitos, Doritos, or your favorite)
3 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend

Toppings
Shredded lettuce
Pico de gallo
Diced avocado
Sliced pickled jalapeños ( optionnel )

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chopped onion and cook for about 2 minutes.

Stir in the Hatch green chiles and diced tomatoes. Cook for 1 minute.
