Ingredients:
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 3 eggs, separated
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1 tablespoon sweetener (like honey or stevia)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Directions:
1. Start by preheating your oven to a cozy 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper, because nobody likes a sticky situation!
2. In a mixing bowl, blend the cottage cheese until it’s nice and smooth. Then, add in the egg yolks, sweetener, vanilla extract, and that pinch of salt. Stir it all together until well mixed.
