✓ 2 tablespoons olive oil
✓ 1 red bell pepper, sliced
✓ 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
✓ 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
✓ 3 cloves garlic, minced
✓ 1 cup heavy cream
✓ 1/2 cup chicken broth
✓ 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
✓ 8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
✓ Salt and black pepper, to taste
✓ Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:
1️⃣ Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
2️⃣ In a bowl, toss the chicken strips with Cajun seasoning until well coated.
3️⃣ Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken and sauté until fully cooked and browned, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
4️⃣ In the same skillet, add a bit more oil if needed and sauté the bell peppers and onion until tender, about 4-5 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.
