🛒 What You’ll Need:
• 1 medium butternut squash, peeled and cubed 🎃
• 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries 🍒
• 2 tbsp olive oil 🫒
• 3 tbsp pure maple syrup 🍁
• 1 tsp cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice 🍂
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Optional: ¼ cup chopped pecans or walnuts 🌰
🍴 How to Make It:
1️⃣ Prep the Ingredients: Toss cubed squash and cranberries with olive oil, maple syrup, cinnamon, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
