• 1/2 cup erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, baking soda, and salt.

• 1/4 cup powdered erythritol
• 1/3 cup melted butter

Peanut Butter Filling:
• 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup natural peanut butter (no sugar added)
• 1/3 cup powdered erythritol
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/4 cup heavy cream

Optional Topping:

Directions
