If you love Philly Cheesesteak and cheesy breadsticks, get ready for the ULTIMATE mashup! 😍 These crispy, golden breadsticks are STUFFED with savory steak, melted cheese, and sautéed onions & peppers—the perfect snack, appetizer, or game-day treat! 🙌🔥
🛒 Ingredients
✔ 1 lb steak (ribeye or sirloin, thinly sliced)
✔ 1 teaspoon salt
✔ ½ teaspoon black pepper
✔ ½ teaspoon garlic powder
✔ ½ teaspoon onion powder
✔ 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
✔ 1 tablespoon butter
✔ ½ cup diced onions
✔ ½ cup diced green peppers
✔ 1 refrigerated pizza dough
✔ 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
✔ ½ cup shredded provolone cheese
✔ ¼ cup melted butter
✔ ½ teaspoon garlic powder (for topping)
✔ ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
✔ ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
👨🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat & Prep:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Cook the Philly Cheesesteak Filling:
In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
Add onions & green peppers, sauté until soft.
Add thinly sliced steak, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
Cook until steak is browned, then set aside.
3️⃣ Assemble the Breadsticks:
Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle.
Spread steak mixture evenly over one half of the dough.
Sprinkle generously with mozzarella & provolone cheese.
Fold the other half of the dough over and press edges to seal.
4️⃣ Bake:
Brush top with melted butter mixed with garlic powder & Italian seasoning.
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
5️⃣ Slice & Serve:
Let cool slightly, then cut into breadsticks.
