Peach Melba Cheesecake 🍑

Sweet peaches, creamy cheesecake, and that raspberry twist… WOW
➤ Ingredients:
➊ 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
➋ ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
➌ 2 cups cream cheese, softened
➍ 1 cup granulated sugar
➎ 3 large eggs
➏ 1 tsp vanilla extract
➐ 2 cups sliced peaches
➑ ½ cup raspberry preserves
➒ ¼ cup heavy cream
➓ Optional: fresh raspberries for topping
➤ Step By Step:
Preheat oven to 325°F and grease a springform pan.
Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of the pan.
In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract.
Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust.
Bake for 45–50 minutes until set, then let cool.
Warm raspberry preserves slightly and swirl over the cheesecake.
Top with sliced peaches and drizzle with heavy cream if desired.
Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
Garnish with fresh raspberries if using and slice.
