🥬 Air Fryer Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Maple-Mustard Mayo
🌿 Ingredients:
1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved 🥦
1 tablespoon olive oil
¼ teaspoon kosher salt 🧂
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper ⚫
2 tablespoons maple syrup 🍁 (divided)
⅓ cup mayonnaise 🥄
1 tablespoon stone ground mustard 🌾
👩🍳 Directions:
👉 ① Toss the halved Brussels sprouts in a bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, and 1 tablespoon maple syrup until evenly coated.
👉 ② Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and spread the sprouts in a single layer.
👉 ③ Air fry for about 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crisp on the edges .
👉 ④ While they cook, make the Maple-Mustard Mayo: whisk together mayonnaise, mustard, and the remaining 1 tablespoon maple syrup until smooth and creamy .
👉 ⑤ Serve the warm Brussels sprouts with the dip on the side — or drizzle it right on top for a flavor explosion!

Want even more crunch? Add a sprinkle of panko breadcrumbs or crushed almonds to the sprouts before air frying for a delicious texture twist
