🔥 Instructions
Prepare & Cook the Crispy Hot Honey Garlic Chicken: In a shallow dish, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Dredge chicken pieces in the flour mixture. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté chicken until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Stir in hot honey and soy sauce. Bring to a simmer and cook until slightly thickened. Return the chicken to the skillet and toss to coat with the glaze.
Roast the Garlic-Parmesan Broccoli: Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). In a bowl, toss broccoli florets with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the broccoli and roast for another 5-10 minutes, or until tender-crisp and the Parmesan is golden.
Prepare the Cheesy Fig-Balsamic Alfredo Spaghetti: While the broccoli roasts, cook the spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and set aside. In the same pot (or a separate large skillet), melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.1 Stir in Parmesan cheese, fig jam, and balsamic vinegar. Cook until the sauce slightly thickens. Season with salt and pepper. Reduce heat to low and stir in the shredded fontina cheese until melted and gooey. Add the cooked spaghetti to the sauce and toss to coat.
Assemble & Serve: Divide the cheesy fig-balsamic Alfredo spaghetti between plates or bowls. Top with the crispy hot honey garlic chicken and the roasted garlic-parmesan broccoli. Serve immediately and enjoy this explosion of flavors and textures!
