Cheesy Burrata Crostini with Prosciutto and Peaches π§ππ
Ingredients:
π 1 loaf of sourdough or French baguette, sliced
π§ 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
π§ 1/3 cup grated Pecorino cheese
π§ 1 clove garlic, grated
πΏ 2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves
π§ 2 tablespoons melted butter
π₯© 4 ounces prosciutto
Directions:
1οΈβ£ Prepare the Bread:
Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C) π₯. Arrange sliced bread on a baking sheet π.
2οΈβ£ Make the Cheese Mixture:
In a bowl, mix grated Parmesan π§, Pecorino π§, grated garlic π§, and fresh thyme πΏ.
3οΈβ£ Toast the Bread:
Brush the bread slices with melted butter π§. Top with the cheese mixture and bake for 10-12 minutes, until golden and crispy ππ§.
