π Chicken and Vegetable Stir-Fry π
A quick, healthy, and flavorful recipe perfect for lunch or dinner! π₯’β¨
π Ingredients:
π 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
π₯ 1 carrot, julienned
πΆοΈ 1 red bell pepper, sliced
πΆοΈ 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
π₯ 1 zucchini, sliced
π§ 2 garlic cloves, minced
π§ 3 tbsp soy sauce
π― 2 tbsp honey (optional)
πΏ 1 tsp cornstarch (mixed with 2 tbsp water)
πΌ Sesame seeds for garnish
π« 2 tbsp olive oil
β¨ Salt and pepper to taste
π©βπ³ Instructions:
1οΈβ£ Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the chicken π, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
2οΈβ£ In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil. Toss in garlic π§, bell peppers πΆοΈ, carrot π₯, and zucchini π₯. Stir-fry for 3β4 minutes.
3οΈβ£ Add the chicken back to the skillet. Pour in soy sauce, honey π― (if using), and the cornstarch mixture. Stir well!
4οΈβ£ Cook for 2β3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats everything.
5οΈβ£ Garnish with sesame seeds πΌ and serve hot with rice or noodles ππ.
