Casserole with Ground Beef
Savory, cheesy, and baked to bubbling perfection—this old-school casserole is pure down-home comfort!
Ingredients:
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 small onion, diced
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
• 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1/2 tsp paprika (optional, for a smoky kick)
• Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

1. Brown the Beef
