Best Lemon Grilled Salmon for Winter Meals .
Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
2 garlic cloves (minced)
1 tsp dried thyme or dill
Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:
