Honey Garlic Steak & Shrimp over Yellow Rice
Ingredients:
For the Steak & Shrimp:
- 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp olive oil (divided)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and freshly cracked black pepper (to taste)
For the Vegetables:
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
For the Yellow Rice:
- 1 cup long-grain white rice
- 1 3/4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt (to taste)
Instructions:
- Heat 1 tosp olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir in the rice, turmeric, cumin, and a pinch of salt. Toast the rice for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the broth, bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
- Fluff with a fork and keep warm.
- In a large skillet, heat 1 tosp olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the onion and bell pepper. Sauté for 4-5 minutes until softened and slightly charred. Remove and set aside.
- Season the steak pieces with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Heat 1 tosp olive oil in the skillet over high heat. Add the steak and sear for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium.
- Add the shrimp and cook for 2 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.
- Add minced garlic, honey, and soy sauce to the skillet, tossing the shrimp to coat in the sticky sauce. Let it caramelize for 1 minute.
- Return the cooked steak and vegetables to the skillet with the shrimp.
- Toss everything in the honey garlic sauce until well combined and evenly coated.
- Plate the yellow rice as the base.
- Top with the steak, shrimp, and vegetables.
- Drizzle any remaining sauce from the skillet over the dish for extra flavor.

Ingredients
1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste
Green onions, for garnish
Directions
1. Start by whisking together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, and sesame oil in a bowl. This will be your flavorful sauce.
2. Place a skillet over medium heat and add the shrimp. Give them a quick sprinkle of salt and pepper to bring out their natural sweetness.

1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Toss the shrimp with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook in a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through. Remove from heat and chop the shrimp into small pieces.

1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)

2 ears corn (cut into thirds)

2 medium potatoes (diced)

1 smoked sausage (sliced)

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp paprika

Salt & pepper to taste

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or prepare a grill.

Cut 4 large sheets of foil. Divide potatoes, corn, sausage, and shrimp evenly onto each sheet.

Gambas Grillées au Beurre d’Ail et Persil 🍤🧈🌿

Ingrédients :

12 grosses gambas (ou crevettes géantes), nettoyées (garde les têtes et les carapaces pour plus de saveur) 🦐
100 g de beurre, ramolli 🧈
4 gousses d’ail, finement hachées

1 petit bouquet de persil frais, haché

Le jus d’un demi-citron

Sel et poivre, au goût

Un filet d’huile d’olive

Tranches de citron (pour servir)

Instructions :

1️⃣
Préparation des gambas :
Si tes gambas ne sont pas encore nettoyées, enlève délicatement la veine dorsale (le fil noir) tout en gardant les têtes et les carapaces. Ces parties donneront un goût extra pendant la cuisson !

2️⃣
Préparation du beurre d’ail et persil :
Dans un bol, mélange le beurre ramolli avec l’ail haché, le persil, le jus de citron, une pincée de sel et un peu de poivre. Ce mélange deviendra la clé du goût intense de tes gambas.

3️⃣
Prépare ton grill :
Si tu utilises un barbecue, assure-toi qu’il soit bien chaud (feu moyen-élevé). Tu peux aussi utiliser une poêle grill à feu moyen-élevé. Passe un peu d’huile d’olive sur les grilles ou la poêle pour éviter que les gambas ne collent.

4️⃣
Grillage des gambas :
Badigeonne chaque gambas généreusement avec ton mélange de beurre d’ail et persil. Dispose-les ensuite sur le grill chaud et fais-les cuire environ 3 à 4 minutes de chaque côté. Elles doivent être bien dorées, légèrement croustillantes sur les bords, mais encore juteuses à l’intérieur.

5️⃣
Dressage et service :
Une fois les gambas bien grillées, transfère-les dans un plat de service. Verse un peu du beurre d’ail fondu restant sur les gambas pour plus de saveur. Sers avec des quartiers de citron pour ajouter une petite touche d’acidité.

Et voilà ! Tes gambas grillées au beurre d’ail et persil sont prêtes à être dégustées. Accompagne-les de riz, salade, ou légumes grillés pour un repas estival parfait. Bon appétit !

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional, for texture and richness)

Directions:
Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper or grease it lightly with oil or butter.
Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt and eggs until smooth and fully combined.
Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix the coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Form the Batter: Gradually add the dry mixture into the wet ingredients. Stir well until a thick, uniform batter forms. If you’re using shredded cheese, fold it in at this stage.
Rest the Batter: Let the batter sit for 5 minutes. This allows the psyllium husk to absorb moisture and helps the batter firm up.
