Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps 🧄🧀🌯
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Butter or oil for grilling
Directions:
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.
2. Add the cooked chicken to the pan. Season with salt and pepper and stir until heated through. Remove from heat and toss in chopped parsley.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine all three shredded cheeses.
4. Lay a tortilla flat and sprinkle a layer of cheese over one half. Add a scoop of the garlic chicken mixture on top, then sprinkle with a little more cheese.
5. Fold the tortilla in half to create a half-moon shape.
6. Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat. Brush lightly with butter or oil. Grill the wrap on both sides until golden brown and the cheese is fully melted, about 2–3 minutes per side.
7. Cut in half and serve hot, optionally with a side of creamy dip or ranch.
