Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps 🧄🧀🌯

Ingredients:

- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Butter or oil for grilling

Directions:

1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.
2. Add the cooked chicken to the pan. Season with salt and pepper and stir until heated through. Remove from heat and toss in chopped parsley.

Ingredients:

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 3 cups green cabbage, chopped
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce (optional)
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water (slurry)
- 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds

Directions:

1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess fat if needed.

- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 large egg + 1 egg yolk
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

For the cheesecake filling:
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate hazelnut spread or chocolate ganache

Directions:

1. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
2. In another large bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth. Stir in vanilla, then add egg and extra yolk. Beat until light and creamy.
