Pomegranate Bliss Smoothie

Ingrédients
1 cup pomegranate seeds
1 handful spinach leaves
1 banana
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon honey (optional)

Instructions
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Add more almond milk if needed for desired consistency. Pour into a glass, top with extra pomegranate seeds, and enjoy!

🍤 Creamy Spinach Mushroom Shrimp Shells
Plump shrimp, tender shell pasta, earthy mushrooms, and wilted spinach come together in a rich, garlicky cream sauce that’s as comforting as it is crave-worthy. This one-skillet dinner is fast, fresh, and totally satisfying! 🍤🧄🍄🌿🍝

📝 Ingredients:
12 oz shell pasta

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

Salt & pepper to taste

1 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup mushrooms, sliced

3 cups baby spinach

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup chicken broth

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Juice of 1/2 lemon (optional)

Chopped parsley (for garnish)

🔥 Instructions:
Cook shell pasta in salted water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Season shrimp with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and cook shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.

Reduce heat to medium. Add butter to the skillet, then garlic and mushrooms. Sauté for 3–4 minutes until mushrooms are tender and lightly browned.

Add spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.

Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Simmer for 4–5 minutes until slightly thickened.

Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.

Return shrimp and pasta to the skillet. Toss gently to coat everything in the creamy sauce.

Add a squeeze of lemon juice if desired, and garnish with parsley before serving.

Spicy Creamy Cajun Chicken Linguine in Garlic Parmesan Sauce

🛒Ingredients:🛒

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 6 oz each)
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

For the Parmesan Linguine:

1 lb linguine pasta
4 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, plus more for topping
1/4 cup reserved pasta water
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil, for garnish

👨‍🍳Directions:👨‍🍳

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the linguine until just al dente. Save 1/4 cup of the pasta water before draining, then set the noodles aside.
2. While the pasta cooks, season both sides of the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning.
3. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat the olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter. Add the chicken and sear for 5 to 7 minutes on each side until golden and fully cooked through. Transfer to a plate and let it rest.
4. To the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring up all the tasty browned bits stuck to the bottom. Let it bubble gently for 3 to 4 minutes until slightly thickened, then remove from heat.
5. In another skillet or saucepan, melt 4 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Sauté the garlic for about 1 minute, just until fragrant. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a soft simmer. Add Parmesan cheese and whisk until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Add the cooked linguine to the Parmesan sauce and toss to coat. Stir in a splash of the reserved pasta water if the sauce needs thinning.

Ingredients:

For the Chicken & Marinade:
- 4 boneless, skin-on chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp herbes de Provence
- 1 lemon, zested

For the Sauce Provençale:
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 shallot, minced
- 3 garlic cloves, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup Kalamata olives, pitted & halved
- 2 tbsp capers
- ½ cup dry white wine
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp honey
- ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped

For the Mash:
- 2 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled & cubed
- ½ cup warm milk
- 4 tbsp butter
- ¼ cup crème fraîche (or sour cream)
- Salt & white pepper to taste



Instructions:

Grill the Chicken
1. Marinate: Rub chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, herbes de Provence, and lemon zest. Rest 15 mins.
2. Grill: Cook skin-side down over medium heat for 6-7 mins until golden. Flip and cook to 165°F (74°C), ~5-6 mins more. Rest 5 mins.

Make the Sauce Provençale
1. Sauté: Heat olive oil in a skillet. Cook shallot and garlic until soft (~3 mins).
2. Build Flavor: Add tomatoes, olives, and capers. Cook 2 mins until tomatoes soften.
3. Deglaze: Pour in wine, stir in tomato paste and honey. Simmer 5 mins until saucy. Fold in basil.

Prepare the Mash
1. Cook Potatoes: Boil in salted water until tender (~15 mins). Drain well.
2. Whip: Mash with warm milk, butter, and crème fraîche until silky. Season to taste.

For the Bread & Filling:

1 large loaf French bread, halved lengthwise

2 cups cooked spaghetti (al dente)

1 cup marinara sauce

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

For the Garlic Butter:

4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (or 1 tsp dried)

½ tsp Italian seasoning

👨‍🍳Instructions:👨‍🍳

Step 1: Prepare the Garlic Bread Base
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Mix melted butter with garlic, parsley, and Italian seasoning. Brush both halves of the French bread with the garlic butter mixture and place on a lined baking sheet.

Step 2: Toast the Bread
Bake the bread halves for 5–7 minutes until lightly golden. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.

Step 3: Mix the Spaghetti Filling

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

4 tablespoons melted butter

16 ounces cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup sour cream

1 (21-ounce) can cherry pie filling

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.

In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 2 tablespoons sugar, and melted butter. Press about 1 tablespoon of this mixture into the bottom of each liner to form the crust.

In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Add 1/2 cup sugar and continue to mix until combined.

Beat in eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla and sour cream until the batter is silky and lump-free.

For the Hazelnut Dacquoise Shells:
100g egg whites (from ~3 large eggs
100g granulated sugar
100g powdered sugar
100g toasted hazelnuts, finely ground
1 tsp cornstarch
Pinch of salt

For the Espresso Mascarpone Filling:
200g mascarpone cheese
150ml heavy cream
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1 shot (30ml) strong espresso or 1 tsp espresso powder dissolved in 1 tbsp water
1 tsp vanilla extract

To Finish:
Unsweetened dark cocoa powder
Fine dark chocolate shavings or curls

✨You’ll taste toasted hazelnuts first, then the soft bitterness of espresso cream, ending with a velvety cocoa finish.
Make the shells: Preheat oven to 120°C (250°F). Line two trays with parchment.

Whip the meringue: Beat egg whites with salt to soft peaks. Gradually add granulated sugar until stiff and glossy.

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
12 oz rotini pasta
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup whole milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
Fresh parsley, chopped (garnish)
1 pinch Red pepper flakes (optional)

Directions:
Boil rotini in salted water until al dente, then drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat if needed.

Stir in Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes to toast the spices.

Reduce heat to medium and add butter. Once melted, pour in heavy cream and milk. Stir in the cream cheese, cheddar, and Parmesan cheese. Mix until fully melted and smooth.
