Ingredients:
• 1½ cups creamy peanut butter
• 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
• ¾ cup powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:

🍽️ Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup whole milk (or any plant-based milk)
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

📝 Directions:
1️⃣ Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8-inch round cake pan.
2️⃣ In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
3️⃣ Add eggs, oil, milk, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
4️⃣ Pour in the hot water slowly while mixing; the batter will be thin — that’s perfect!
5️⃣ Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 30–35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool before serving or frosting.

🛒 Ingredients:
🥚 4 large eggs
🥛 2 cups whole milk
🍯 ½ cup sugar (plus extra for caramel)
🌺 ½ cup passion fruit pulp (fresh or frozen, seeds removed)
✨ A pinch of saffron threads (soaked in 1 tbsp warm water)
🧂 Tiny pinch of salt
🍋 1 tsp vanilla extract

👩‍🍳 Instructions:
Make the caramel: In a saucepan, melt ⅓ cup sugar over medium heat until golden brown. Immediately pour into ramekins, tilting to coat the bottom.

Warm the milk: In another saucepan, heat milk with soaked saffron (and water). Don’t boil—just warm it.

Whisk the base: In a bowl, whisk eggs, remaining sugar, vanilla, salt, and passion fruit pulp.

🛒 Ingredients:
🍊 1 cup fresh orange juice
🥭 1 cup frozen mango chunks
🍌 ½ banana (for creaminess)
🧊 ½ cup ice cubes
🥛 ½ cup yogurt or almond milk

Crispy Herby Panisses 🍟🌿
Ever tried fries made out of chickpeas? You’re about to be obsessed. These Herby Panisses are golden on the outside, soft and creamy inside, and flavored with fresh herbs for that Mediterranean flair. Perfect as a snack, side, or dipped into a garlicky sauce. 😋🧄

🛒 Ingredients:
🌾 1 cup chickpea flour (gram flour)
💧 3 cups water
🧂 1 tsp salt
🫒 2 tbsp olive oil
🌿 1 tbsp chopped fresh herbs (thyme, parsley, rosemary)
🧄 1 garlic clove, finely grated
🧈 Oil for frying

👩‍🍳 Instructions:
Cook the batter: In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Whisk in chickpea flour, salt, garlic, and olive oil. Stir constantly until thick, like polenta (about 10 mins).

Add herbs & chill: Stir in chopped herbs, then pour into a greased baking dish. Smooth it out and refrigerate until firm (1–2 hours).
