Directions:

Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, toss the steak cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Place the seasoned steak bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Ensure there is space between the pieces for even cooking.

1 1/4 cups (300ml) double cream (heavy cream), whipped 🥛

1 cup (180g) chopped Rolos 🍬

For the topping:

1/2 cup (100g) milk chocolate, melted 🍫

1/4 cup (60g) caramel sauce 🍯

Extra Rolos for decoration 🍬

Directions:

For the Big Mac Sauce:

½ cup mayonnaise 🥄

2 tbsp ketchup 🍅

1 tbsp yellow mustard 🌭

1 tbsp sweet relish 🥒

½ tsp garlic powder 🧄

½ tsp onion powder 🧅

1 tsp white vinegar 🍶

½ tsp paprika 🌶️

Directions:
