Steak, Lobster, and Shrimp Cocktail Platter
Ingredients:
2 ribeye steaks (8 oz each)
2 lobster tails (6 oz each)
1/2 lb shrimp (cooked, peeled, chilled)
1/2 cup cocktail sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh horseradish (grated)
1/4 cup celery (finely chopped)
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat grill to medium-high heat (400°F). Season steaks with salt, pepper, and olive oil; grill 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare (internal temp 135°F). Slice thinly.
Cut lobster tails lengthwise; season with salt and pepper. Grill meat-side up for 6-8 minutes until opaque.
Mix shrimp, cocktail sauce, lemon juice, horseradish, celery, salt, and pepper. Arrange steak slices, lobster tails, and shrimp cocktail on a platter. Serve chilled with lemon wedges.
