At a festive gathering, we laid out this stunning platter for all to share—this Steak, Lobster, and Shrimp Cocktail Platter brings back the celebration!

Steak, Lobster, and Shrimp Cocktail Platter

Ingredients:

2 ribeye steaks (8 oz each)
2 lobster tails (6 oz each)
1/2 lb shrimp (cooked, peeled, chilled)
1/2 cup cocktail sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh horseradish (grated)
1/4 cup celery (finely chopped)
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:

Preheat grill to medium-high heat (400°F). Season steaks with salt, pepper, and olive oil; grill 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare (internal temp 135°F). Slice thinly.
Cut lobster tails lengthwise; season with salt and pepper. Grill meat-side up for 6-8 minutes until opaque.
Mix shrimp, cocktail sauce, lemon juice, horseradish, celery, salt, and pepper. Arrange steak slices, lobster tails, and shrimp cocktail on a platter. Serve chilled with lemon wedges.

At a cozy seaside café, we warmed up with this twist on a classic—this Hot Lobster Roll with Lemon-Tarragon Butter brings back the comfort!

Hot Lobster Roll with Lemon-Tarragon Butter

Ingredients:

1 lb lobster meat (cooked, chopped)
4 hot dog buns (toasted)
1/4 cup unsalted butter (softened)
1 tbsp fresh tarragon (chopped)
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 garlic clove (minced)
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:

Mix softened butter, tarragon, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper. Spread half the mixture inside toasted buns.
Sauté lobster meat with remaining butter mixture in a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until warmed through.

Directions:

Preheat air fryer to 380°F. Cut lobster tails lengthwise; season with salt and pepper.

Ingredients:

1 lb ribeye steak (cubed)
1/2 lb shrimp (peeled, deveined)
1/2 lb lobster meat (cooked, chopped)
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup peas
1/2 cup carrots (diced)
1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
1 garlic clove (minced)
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:

Preheat oven to 400°F. In a skillet, melt butter; sauté garlic for 1 minute. Add steak and cook 3-4 minutes until browned. Add shrimp and cook 2-3 minutes until pink.
Stir in heavy cream, peas, carrots, lobster, salt, and pepper; simmer 5 minutes. Transfer to a baking dish.
Top with puff pastry, sealing edges; cut slits for steam. Bake 20-25 minutes until golden. Serve hot.

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup green onions (chopped)
1 egg (beaten)
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok or skillet; cook steak 2-3 minutes until browned. Set aside. Cook shrimp 2-3 minutes until pink.

1 egg (beaten)
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
Oil for frying
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:

Preheat grill to medium-high heat (400°F). Season steaks with salt and pepper; grill 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare (internal temp 135°F).
Mix flour, baking powder, Cajun seasoning, egg, and milk to form a batter. Fold in shrimp and lobster.
Heat oil to 350°F; drop spoonfuls of batter into oil and fry 2-3 minutes until golden. Drain on paper towels.

Lobster and Shrimp Risotto with Steak Bites

Ingredients:

1 lb sirloin steak (cut into bite-sized pieces)
1/2 lb shrimp (peeled, deveined)
1/2 lb lobster meat (cooked, chopped)
1 cup Arborio rice
4 cups seafood stock
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
1 garlic clove (minced)
1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:

Heat olive oil in a skillet; season steak bites with salt and pepper, then sear 2-3 minutes until browned. Set aside. Cook shrimp 2-3 minutes until pink.
In a pot, sauté garlic for 1 minute. Add rice and toast 2 minutes. Stir in white wine and cook until absorbed. Gradually add seafood stock, 1/2 cup at a time, stirring until absorbed (about 20 minutes).
Stir in shrimp, lobster, Parmesan, and steak bites; season with salt and pepper. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
