Cranberry Orange Cookies
Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 tbsp orange zest
2 tbsp orange juice, fresh
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup dried cranberries
3/4 cup white chocolate chips
Optional Drizzle:
1/2 cup white chocolate chips, melted
Extra orange zest for garnish
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together until light and fluffy.
Beat in eggs one at a time, followed by orange zest and orange juice.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix into wet ingredients.
Fold in cranberries and white chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
Scoop tablespoon-sized balls onto the baking sheet and flatten slightly.
Bake for 10–12 minutes or until edges are golden. Let cool on a wire rack.
Once cooled, drizzle melted white chocolate over the cookies and sprinkle with extra orange zest if desired.

Tips:
Use fresh orange zest for the brightest flavor.
