🍰✨ Baileys Cheesecake Balls 🍫💖
INGREDIENTS:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup Baileys Irish Cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup crushed nuts (optional for coating)
DIRECTIONS:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
2. Pour in the Baileys Irish Cream and vanilla extract, then mix until fully incorporated.
3. Gradually add the graham cracker crumbs to the mixture, stirring until well combined.
4. Once mixed, cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to help the mixture firm up.
5. After chilling, use a small cookie scoop or your hands to form small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) from the mixture.
6. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips on medium power in 30-second intervals, stirring until fully melted and smooth.
7. Dip each cheesecake ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated, then place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
8. If desired, sprinkle crushed nuts or cocoa powder on top of the chocolate-coated balls for an extra touch.
9. Once all the balls are coated, place them back in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
10. Serve the Baileys cheesecake balls chilled, and enjoy!
