Crispy Parmesan Artichoke Hearts
Ingredients

1 can (15 oz) quartered artichoke hearts, drained
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup plain breadcrumbs
Directions

Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup and to prevent sticking.
Prepare the Artichokes:

Drain the canned artichoke hearts and place them in a bowl.
Gently pat the artichokes dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture. This step ensures they become crispy when baked.
Mix the Coatings:

In a small bowl, combine the melted butter and garlic powder.
In a separate bowl, mix the grated Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
Coat the Artichokes:

Dip each artichoke heart into the butter and garlic mixture, ensuring it's fully coated.
Roll the artichoke heart in the Parmesan and breadcrumb mixture until well-coated.
Place the coated artichokes on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer for even baking.
Bake:

Bake the artichoke hearts in the preheated oven for about 18 minutes.
Halfway through baking, turn each artichoke piece carefully to promote even browning.
Remove from the oven when they are golden and crispy.
Serve:

Allow the artichokes to cool slightly before transferring them to a serving dish.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce, such as aioli, ranch, or marinara, or enjoy them on their own as a crunchy, cheesy snack.

Copycat McDonald's Steak, Egg, and Cheese Bagel

Ingredients:

1/2 pound shaved steak
4 eggs, beaten
1 small onion, sliced
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Montreal steak seasoning
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 plain bagels (or substitute with everything, onion, or cheese bagels)
2 slices American cheese (cheddar or provolone also work well)
Sauce Ingredients:

1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons mustard
1/4 teaspoon dried dill
Directions:

Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, mustard, and dried dill. Place in the refrigerator until ready to use.
Cook the Onions: Heat a skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of butter. Add the sliced onions with a pinch of salt and cook until they are slightly browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Cook the Steak: In a bowl, mix the shaved steak with Worcestershire sauce and Montreal steak seasoning. Heat another tablespoon of butter in the skillet, add the seasoned steak, and cook until it is just browned. Return the onions to the skillet, combine with the steak, and divide the mixture into two piles. Place a slice of cheese on each pile to allow it to melt.
Scramble the Eggs: In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of butter. Pour in the beaten eggs and scramble, dividing them into two portions for each bagel sandwich.
Toast the Bagels: Toast the bagels in a toaster or on a skillet until golden.
Assemble the Sandwiches: Spread a layer of the prepared sauce on each bagel half. On the bottom half of each bagel, place half of the scrambled eggs, then top with the steak and onion mixture, and cover with the top half of the bagel.

My husband called this cake ‘a slice of paradise’—and I couldn’t agree more!
Pineapple Cream Cheese Pound Cake
Ingredients:
1 box yellow cake mix (preferably with pudding in the mix)
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
4 large eggs
1/2 cup pineapple juice (from canned pineapple)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
Powdered sugar (for dusting, optional)
Directions:
Alright y’all, let’s get that oven preheated to 325°F (165°C), and grease up a 10-inch bundt pan. Don’t skip this step—trust me, you want that cake to come out nice and easy.
Now, in a big ol’ mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and cream cheese until it’s smooth as silk. Then, add in your granulated sugar and beat until it’s light and fluffy. We’re makin’ magic here!
Next, crack in those eggs one at a time, makin’ sure each one’s fully incorporated before adding the next. Stir in the vanilla extract and pineapple juice, and keep that mixer going until it’s all nice and blended.
Slowly fold in the yellow cake mix, just until everything’s combined. Don’t overdo it—you want it to stay light and fluffy. Finally, toss in the crushed pineapple, mixin' it in gently so that it’s evenly spread through the batter.
Pour that batter into your prepared bundt pan, spread it out evenly, and pop it in the oven for about 55–60 minutes. Keep an eye on it and check with a toothpick around the 55-minute mark. When it comes out clean, you’re golden.
Once it’s done, let it cool in the pan for about 10–15 minutes, then turn it out onto a cooling rack to cool completely. If you’re feelin’ fancy, dust the top with a little powdered sugar.
Slice it up and serve—it’s light, sweet, and oh-so-tropical. Perfect for a family gathering or when you just need a little slice of happiness!

Makes you feel better meatloaf. Easy recipe. Add what you want. I added fresh garlic and chopped tomatoes. Put cast iron in oven when preheating oven and then just sprayed it with Virgin olive oil right before putting the meat in it. I’ll post recipe here:

* 2 eggs
* 1 medium onion, finely chopped
* 2 teaspoons salt
* 1 teaspoon pepper
* 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
TOPPING
* 1/3 cup ketchup
* 2 tablespoons brown sugar
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a large bowl whisk the eggs. Add the onion, salt, pepper, 1 cup ketchup and the Worcestershire sauce to the eggs stir until blended. Add the ground beef and the oats mix well using a wooden spoon or your hands ( I used my hands).
3. Dump mixture into a 10in. cast iron skillet, press to shape. If you don't have a cast iron skillet, you can follow the same instructions for a bread pan. Bake for one hour, remove from oven, spread on the topping and bake for 25 more minutes ..
