3 eggs
12 tablespoons sugar

12 tablespoons flour
Zest and juice of half a lemon
11g baking powder
20cm cake pan
Instructions:

Preheat the Oven:
Set your oven to 180°C (356°F) to heat up.

Mix the Wet Ingredients:
In a bowl, whisk together 3 eggs and 12 tablespoons of sugar until smooth and creamy. Add 12 tablespoons of oil and continue mixing. Then pour in 12 tablespoons of milk and stir to combine.

Add the Dry Ingredients:
Gradually sift in 12 tablespoons of flour while stirring to avoid lumps. Then, add the zest and juice of half a lemon for a fresh citrus kick. Stir in 11g of baking powder.

Prepare the Pan:

Instructions:

Preheat the Oven:

Ingredients:

1 cup milk (250 ml)
1 cup self-raising wheat flour
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons margarine
1 egg
1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
1 teaspoon apricot jam
15 ml vinegar
1/2 cup water
1 can evaporated milk
Instructions:

Make the Batter:
In a mixing bowl, cream together the margarine and 3 tablespoons of sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the apricot jam and egg, and whisk until smooth. Stir in the self-raising flour.

Add Wet Ingredients:
In a separate cup, dissolve the bicarbonate of soda in the milk, then add the milk mixture to the flour mixture.
Add the vinegar and mix until well combined.

Microwave the Pudding:

Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon oil
1 baguette, sliced
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
3 cups marinara sauce
Instructions:

Preheat the Oven:
Set your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Make the Meatballs:
In a bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, 2 cloves of finely chopped garlic, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well and shape into meatballs.

Cook the Meatballs:

8 oz cremini mushrooms, sliced
2 medium carrots, diced

5-6 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups vegetable broth
4 oz fresh or frozen kale, chopped (discard tough stems)
3-4 sprigs fresh thyme (or 1 tsp dried thyme)
1-2 sprigs fresh rosemary (or 1 tsp dried rosemary)
1 bay leaf
Pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Roux:

4 tbsp butter (use oil or vegan butter for a dairy-free version)
¼ cup all-purpose flour (or whole wheat flour)
2 cups whole milk (or plant-based milk for a vegan option)
Instructions:
Instant Pot Method:

Add wild rice, mushrooms, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, vegetable broth, and herbs (except kale) to the Instant Pot. Stir well.
Set the Instant Pot to pressure cook on high for 30 minutes. Once done, let it naturally release pressure for 10 minutes.
While the soup cooks, melt butter in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Add flour and sauté for about 1 minute until the raw flour smell disappears.
Gradually whisk in milk and simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

1 lb rigatoni or penne pasta
1 lb thinly sliced steak (ribeye or sirloin), cut into small strips
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 medium onion, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup beef broth
1 cup heavy cream
2 cups shredded provolone cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
Cook the Pasta:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to the package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Cook the Steak:
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the steak strips with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Sear the steak for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove the steak and set aside.

Cook the Vegetables:
