🍞🍕🍩 Crazy Dough – One Dough to Rule Them All! 💫
Pizza night? Cinnamon rolls for breakfast? Soft dinner rolls? Yup — this dough does it all! Super simple, super soft, and totally life-changing.
✨ Ingredients:
1 cup warm milk
2¼ tsp active dry yeast (1 packet)
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp oil (vegetable or olive)
1 egg
3 cups all-purpose flour (plus a little more if needed)
1 tsp salt
👩🍳 Let’s Make This Magic Dough:
1️⃣ Get things bubbling: Start by mixing the warm milk, yeast, and sugar in a bowl. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes until it looks foamy and alive — that means your yeast is ready to work!
2️⃣ Mix it up: Add in the oil and egg. Stir to combine. The mixture will look a little lumpy right now, but don’t worry — it’ll come together!
3️⃣ Add the dry stuff: Stir in the flour and salt, one cup at a time. Once it starts forming a dough, switch to your hands or a dough hook. Add a little more flour if the dough feels too sticky.
4️⃣ Knead that dough: Knead on a floured surface for 6–8 minutes until it’s soft, smooth, and stretchy. This step is key for that fluffy texture later on.
5️⃣ Rise and shine: Pop the dough into a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise for about an hour — or until it’s doubled in size and looking puffy and perfect.

7️⃣ Bake to golden goodness: Baking time and temp will depend on what you're making, but in general, 350–375°F (175–190°C) is your best bet. Watch for golden tops and that amazing fresh-baked smell.
