Overnight oats with fruit and nuts 🥣💪 Ingredients: - 12 cup rolled oats 🍚 - 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based) 🥛 - 14 cup yogurt (plain or vanilla) 🍦 - 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or honey) 🍯 - 12 teaspoon vanilla extract 🥄 - Fresh fruit (berries, banana slices) 🍓🍌 - Chopped nuts 🌰 Instructions: 1. Combine rolled oats, milk, yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla in a jar or container. 2. Stir well and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until pudding has thickened. 3.
