Chocolate Chip Cookies (Egg-Free)
Soft, chewy, and egg-free—perfect for those with allergies! 🍪🍫
Ingredients:
½ cup butter, softened
½ cup granulated sugar
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tsp vanilla extract
1½ cups flour
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1½ cups chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Cream together butter, sugars, Greek yogurt, and vanilla until smooth.
3. Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined.
4. Fold in chocolate chips.
5. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet.
6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
7. Let cool before enjoying!
