πŸ”πŸ§€ Cheeseburger Crescent Bites
⏱️ Prep Time: 20 minutes
πŸ”₯ Cook Time: 12–15 minutes
🍽️ Servings: 8 crescent bites
🌑️ Oven: 375°F (190°C)

πŸ›’ Ingredients

πŸ₯ 1 tube (8-count) refrigerated crescent roll dough
πŸ₯© 1 lb ground beef
πŸ§€ 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
πŸ§… Β½ small onion, finely diced
πŸ₯’ Β½ cup dill pickle slices
πŸ… 2 tablespoons ketchup, plus more for serving
πŸ’› 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
🌾 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
πŸ§‚ Β½ teaspoon salt, or to taste
🌢️ ¼ teaspoon black pepper
🌿 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley, optional
🧈 Nonstick cooking spray or parchment paper

πŸ”ͺ Prepare the Cheeseburger Filling

πŸ₯© Place the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Break it into small crumbles with a spatula and cook for about 6–8 minutes, until completely browned and no pink remains.

πŸ§‚ Season the beef with salt and black pepper. Drain off any excess grease so the crescent dough does not become soggy.

πŸ§… Finely dice the onion, shred the cheddar cheese if necessary, and have the pickle slices, ketchup, and mustard ready before assembling.

πŸ”₯ Prepare the Oven and Dough

🌑️ Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly coat it with nonstick cooking spray.

πŸ₯ Open the crescent roll tube and carefully separate the dough along the perforations into 8 individual triangles.

πŸ” Fill the Crescent Bites

πŸ₯© Place a small portion of cooked ground beef near the wide end of each dough triangle.

πŸ§€ Sprinkle shredded cheddar over the beef, followed by a little diced onion.

πŸ₯’ Add 1–2 dill pickle slices to each portion.

πŸ… Drizzle a small amount of ketchup and yellow mustard over the filling, keeping the sauces away from the outer edges to make sealing easier.

πŸ₯ Roll and Shape

πŸ™Œ Starting at the wide end, carefully roll each dough triangle toward the pointed end, wrapping the dough around the cheeseburger filling.

✨ Gently tuck and pinch the sides where needed to help keep the beef, cheese, onions, and pickles inside during baking.

🌾 Arrange the rolls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet, leaving a little space between each one.

🌾 Sprinkle the tops evenly with sesame seeds for the classic cheeseburger-bun finish shown in the dish.

πŸ”₯ Bake

⏲️ Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are puffed and deeply golden brown.

πŸ§€ The cheddar should be hot and melted, while the exterior should be flaky and crisp. If some cheese melts onto the baking sheet, allow it to crisp around the edges for extra flavor.

🍽️ Serve

🌿 Remove the Cheeseburger Crescent Bites from the oven and let them rest for 3–5 minutes before serving.

🌿 Sprinkle with finely chopped fresh parsley if desired.

πŸ… Serve warm with extra ketchup and yellow mustard for dipping. Pickle slices can also be served alongside.

πŸ˜‹ Each bite should have a golden, flaky crescent exterior with juicy seasoned beef, melted cheddar, onion, tangy dill pickle, ketchup, and mustard inside, matching the finished dish.
