Golden chicken in a sticky balsamic garlic glaze? YES PLEASE! 😍

20 minutes to juicy, flavorful perfection. Who’s trying this? 👇

Balsamic + garlic = match made in heaven. Recipe below! ⬇️

Ingredients:
✔ 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
✔ Salt & black pepper
✔ 2 tbsp olive oil
✔ 4 garlic cloves, minced
✔ ½ cup chicken broth
✔ ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
✔ 1 tbsp honey
✔ 1 tsp dried thyme (or fresh)
✔ 2 tbsp butter
✔ Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:
1️⃣ Season & Sear: Pat chicken dry, season with salt & pepper. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Sear chicken 5-6 mins per side until golden. Remove & set aside.
2️⃣ Make the Sauce: In the same pan, sauté garlic for 30 sec. Add broth, balsamic, honey, and thyme. Simmer 3-4 mins until slightly reduced.
3️⃣ Finish & Serve: Return chicken to the pan, spoon sauce over it. Add butter, let melt into the sauce. Garnish with parsley.

Pro Tip: Serve with mashed potatoes or roasted veggies to soak up that amazing sauce! 😋

SMASH BURGER TACO – The Best of Both Worlds! 🔥🍔

Ingredients:

200g ground beef (80/20 fat ratio for juiciness!)

2 small flour tortillas (or street taco size)

1 tbsp butter (for toasting)

2 slices American cheese

1/4 cup diced onions

Pickles, ketchup, mustard, mayo (to taste)

Salt & pepper

Instructions:
1️⃣ Smash the beef: Divide into two balls. Heat a skillet on high, add beef balls, and smash them flat with a spatula. Season with salt & pepper.
2️⃣ Cheese it up: Flip after 1-2 mins, add cheese, and let it melt.
3️⃣ Toast the tortillas: Butter one side, place cheese-side down on the patty to stick, then flip to crisp the tortilla (10-15 sec).
4️⃣ Assemble: Top with onions, pickles, and sauces. Fold like a taco—CRUNCH TIME!

Crispy Karaage (Japanese Fried Chicken) 🍗

Ingredients:

500g boneless chicken thighs (cut into bite-sized pieces)

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp sake (or mirin)

1 tsp grated ginger

1 tsp grated garlic

½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

½ cup potato starch (or cornstarch)

Oil for frying

Lemon wedges & mayo (to serve)

Instructions:
1️⃣ Marinate: Mix chicken with soy sauce, sake, ginger, garlic, salt, and pepper. Let it sit for 30 mins (or overnight for extra flavor!).
2️⃣ Coat: Drain excess marinade, toss chicken in potato starch until evenly coated.
3️⃣ Fry: Heat oil to 170°C (340°F). Fry chicken in batches for 3-4 mins until golden. Drain on a rack.
4️⃣ Double fry (optional): For extra crispiness, fry again for 1-2 mins at 180°C (350°F).
5️⃣ Serve: Enjoy hot with lemon & mayo! ✨

Ingredients (Serves 4)

2 cups fresh basil leaves, packed

1/4 cup fresh mint leaves

1/3 cup pine nuts (or walnuts for a budget-friendly option)

2 garlic cloves

1/2 cup grated Parmesan (or Pecorino for a sharper taste)

1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil

Salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste

Optional: A squeeze of lemon juice for brightness

For the Pasta & Toppings:
12 oz (340g) trofie pasta (or fusilli/gemelli if unavailable)

1 cup diced seedless watermelon (small cubes)

Extra Parmesan for garnish

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions
Make the Pesto:

In a food processor, blend basil, mint, pine nuts, and garlic until finely chopped.

Slowly drizzle in olive oil while blending until smooth.

Stir in grated Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Adjust consistency with a splash of pasta water if needed.

Cook the Pasta:

Boil trofie in salted water until al dente (about 8–10 minutes). Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water before draining.

Combine & Toss:

In a large bowl, mix the hot pasta with the pesto, adding a little pasta water to help it coat evenly.

Ingredients
Brownie Base:
✔️ 1 cup (225g) unsalted butter
✔️ 8 oz (225g) dark chocolate, chopped
✔️ 1 ½ cups (300g) granulated sugar
✔️ 4 large eggs
✔️ 1 tsp vanilla extract
✔️ 1 cup (125g) all-purpose flour
✔️ ½ tsp salt

Earl Grey Infusion:
✔️ 2 tbsp loose Earl Grey tea (or 3 tea bags)
✔️ 2 tbsp hot milk (or cream)

Vanilla Glaze (Optional):
✔️ 1 cup (120g) powdered sugar
✔️ 2-3 tbsp milk or cream
✔️ ½ tsp vanilla extract

Method
1️⃣ Infuse the tea: Steep Earl Grey in hot milk for 5 mins, then strain. Set aside.
2️⃣ Melt chocolate & butter: In a double boiler (or microwave), melt butter and chocolate together. Let cool slightly.
3️⃣ Mix wet ingredients: Whisk sugar, eggs, vanilla, and Earl Grey milk into the chocolate mixture.
4️⃣ Add dry ingredients: Fold in flour and salt until just combined.
5️⃣ Bake: Pour into a lined 9x9" pan and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 mins (center should be slightly fudgy).
6️⃣ Glaze (optional): Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla, then drizzle over cooled brownies.

Ingredients:
✔️ 200g soba noodles
✔️ 1 cup shredded red cabbage
✔️ 1 carrot, julienned
✔️ 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
✔️ 1 red bell pepper, sliced
✔️ ½ cup edamame, shelled
✔️ 2 green onions, chopped
✔️ ¼ cup cilantro (optional)
✔️ 1 tbsp sesame seeds

🥜 Sesame Dressing:
✔️ 2 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari for GF)
✔️ 1 tbsp rice vinegar
✔️ 1 tbsp sesame oil
✔️ 1 tbsp honey (or maple syrup for vegan)
✔️ 1 tsp grated ginger
✔️ 1 garlic clove, minced
✔️ ½ lime, juiced

Method:
1️⃣ Cook soba noodles per package instructions, rinse under cold water, and drain.
2️⃣ Toss noodles with all the veggies in a large bowl.
3️⃣ Whisk dressing ingredients together and pour over salad.
4️⃣ Garnish with sesame seeds & extra cilantro.

Ingredients:
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
½ cup brown sugar, packed
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
2 cups chopped pecans

Instructions:
Preheat & Prep:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Cream Butter & Sugars:
In a large bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy (2-3 minutes).
Add Wet Ingredients:
Beat in eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla.
Combine Dry Ingredients:
In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Fold in Pecans:

Ingredients:
2 salmon fillets (skin-on)
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 cups cooked rice (white or brown)
1 avocado, sliced
½ cucumber, thinly sliced
½ cup shelled edamame
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Lime wedges, for serving

Instructions:
Prepare Salmon:
Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil.
Brush the mixture generously over the salmon.
Cook Salmon:
