I need some people to say (yummy) so I can add their names to the Active Member List
Delicious Brown Sugar Chops
Ingredients:
4 thick 1 inch pork chops
4 tbsp brown sugar, packed
4 tbsp butter
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
FIRST STEP:
Set your oven to preheat to 350F.
In a large bake oiled oven pan, lay your pork chops.
SECOND STEP:
Add one tbsp of brown sugar on each piece of meat.
Next add a square tbsp of butter on each pork chop as well.
THIRD STEP:
Lastly, drizzle both the soy and Worcestershire sauce over.
Using tinfoil, cover the pork chops and bake for 40 mins in the oven.
FOURTH STEP:
After 40 minutes is up, remove the tinfoil and continue to bake for 20 minutes.
Pork chops will be golden brown!

Beef and Potato Casserole with Mozzarella

Ingredients:

4 chicken eggs
100 g (⅓ cup) sour cream
Salt, to taste
Ground black pepper, to taste
800 g (5-6 medium) potatoes, peeled and sliced
Some vegetable oil for frying
700 g (1 ½ lbs) minced beef
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
300 g (1 ½ cups) tomatoes in their own juice
150 g (1 ½ cups) hard mozzarella cheese, grated
1 tsp dried ground sweet paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

Blending papaya, banana, prunes, and almond milk together results in a delicious and highly nutritious smoothie. Here is a recipe for it:

Ingredients:

1/2 ripe papaya (peeled and chopped)

1 banana

3-4 prunes (pitted)

1 cup almond milk (can be unsweetened or sweetened)

Ice (optional)

1 teaspoon honey or sweetener (optional)

Instructions:

1. Peel and cut the papaya into small pieces.

NOODLES BOLOGNESE

INGREDIENTS

- 1 packet of noodles (500g)
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 clove of minced garlic
- 1 chopped onion
- 200 g of minced meat
- 1 can of tomato sauce (340 g)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Coriander and parsley to taste

PREPARATION

- Cook the pasta, over medium heat, with water and salt for
10 minutes or until "al dente". In another pan, add the olive oil,
garlic, onion and fry over medium heat for 5 minutes or until golden.
Add the minced meat and sauté for 10 minutes.
- Add the tomato sauce, season with salt and black pepper and simmer for another 10 minutes.
Let it boil for another 10 minutes. Turn off the heat,
Drain the pasta and transfer it to a serving dish.
Pour in the sauce, finish with a sprig of parsley and serve.
