Ingredients

Crust

200 g digestive biscuits

100 g melted butter

Cheesecake Filling

500 g cream cheese, room temperature

150 g sugar

2 eggs

200 ml heavy cream

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Marble Effect

Blue food coloring

Purple food coloring

How to Prepare
1. Prepare the crust

Crush the biscuits into fine crumbs.

Mix with the melted butter until evenly combined.

Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of an 18–20 cm springform pan.

Refrigerate for 20 minutes.

2. Prepare the filling

In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

Add the eggs one at a time, mixing gently.

Pour in the heavy cream and vanilla extract, then mix until creamy and smooth.

3. Create the marble effect

Divide a small portion of the filling into two bowls.

Color one bowl blue and the other purple.

Pour the plain filling over the crust.

Add small spoonfuls of the colored fillings on top.

Use a skewer or knife to gently swirl and create a marbled pattern.

4. Bake

Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (320°F) for 50–55 minutes.

The center should still slightly jiggle.

Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside with the door slightly open.

5. Chill

Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

Blueberry Cheesecake Bars
Makes

9–12 bars (depending on how you slice)

🫐 Blueberry Swirl

Ingredients

1½ cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)

2 tbsp sugar

1 tsp lemon juice

1 tsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water

Instructions

Cook blueberries, sugar, and lemon juice over medium heat.

Once berries burst, stir in cornstarch slurry.

Simmer 1–2 minutes until thick.

Cool completely.

🍪 Crust

Ingredients

1½ cups graham cracker crumbs (or digestive biscuits)

2 tbsp sugar

6 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

Heat oven to 175°C / 350°F.

Mix crumbs, sugar, and butter.

Press firmly into a lined 8×8 inch pan.

Bake 8–10 minutes, then cool slightly.

🧀 Cheesecake Filling

Ingredients

450 g (16 oz) cream cheese, room temp

¾ cup sugar

2 eggs, room temp

1 tsp vanilla extract

¼ cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)

Instructions

Beat cream cheese until smooth.

Add sugar; mix gently (don’t overbeat).

Add eggs one at a time.

Mix in vanilla and sour cream.

🔄 Assemble

Pour cheesecake filling over crust.

Spoon blueberry mixture on top.

Swirl gently with a knife (less is more).

Scatter a few whole blueberries on top if you want that bakery look.

🔥 Bake

Bake 35–40 minutes, until edges are set and center slightly wobbly.

Cool at room temp 1 hour.

Chill at least 4 hours (overnight is best).

🍋 Lemon Meringue Cheesecake
Crust

1½ cups graham cracker crumbs

¼ cup sugar

6 tbsp melted butter

Mix, press into a springform pan, bake at 175°C / 350°F for 10 min, cool.

Cheesecake Filling

450 g (16 oz) cream cheese, room temp

¾ cup sugar

2 eggs

½ cup sour cream

Zest of 2 lemons

¼ cup fresh lemon juice

1 tsp vanilla

Beat cream cheese + sugar until smooth.
Add eggs one at a time, then sour cream, lemon zest/juice, vanilla.
Pour over crust.

Bake at 160°C / 325°F for ~45–50 min (edges set, center slightly jiggly).
Cool completely, then chill at least 4 hours.

Lemon Curd Layer

½ cup lemon juice

Zest of 1 lemon

½ cup sugar

3 egg yolks

4 tbsp butter

Cook gently over low heat, stirring constantly until thick.
Cool slightly, spread over chilled cheesecake.

Meringue Topping

3 egg whites

¾ cup sugar

¼ tsp cream of tartar

Beat whites + tartar until soft peaks.
Gradually add sugar, beat to stiff glossy peaks.

Pipe or spread on top.
Toast with a kitchen torch or broil briefly (watch it like a hawk).

12 wonton wrappers

2 tbsp sugar
6–8 fresh strawberries, finely chopped
Vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions
Prepare the filling
In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

Fill the wontons

Thick, fudgy layers of chocolate and peanut butter with crushed Oreos in every bite — no oven, all wow!

✨ Ingredients:
For the Oreo Base:
24 Oreo cookies

¼ cup melted butter

For the Peanut Butter Layer:
¾ cup creamy peanut butter

¼ cup unsalted butter

½ cup powdered sugar

1 cup crushed Oreos (roughly chopped)

For the Chocolate Fudge Top:
1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk)

¼ cup creamy peanut butter (or heavy cream for a softer top)

👩‍🍳 Instructions:
Make the Base
Crush Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor. Mix with melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of a lined 8x8" pan. Chill while you prep the next layer.

Peanut Butter Perfection
Melt peanut butter and butter together until smooth. Stir in powdered sugar, then fold in chopped Oreos. Spread gently over the chilled base and return to fridge.

Chocolate Fudge Topping

✨ Ingredients:
🧁 For the Cake:
1 box yellow cake mix

1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix

¾ cup vegetable oil

¾ cup pineapple juice (from canned or bottled)

4 large eggs

🍍 For the Pineapple Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar

½ cup pineapple juice

1 tbsp butter (optional, for richness)

👩‍🍳 Instructions:
Preheat & Prep
Preheat oven to 175°C / 350°F. Grease and flour a bundt pan well.

Make the Batter
In a large bowl, mix cake mix, pudding mix, oil, pineapple juice, and eggs. Beat on medium speed for 2–3 minutes until smooth and thick.

Bake
Pour batter into prepared bundt pan and bake for 40–45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Make the Glaze
