From our SoHo project — more finishing touches. Artwork, accessories, and styling all starting to come together. Looking forward to sharing the final result with you soon.

A bit of a progress photo dump from our SoHo project as we put the finishing touches in place.

Such a joy to work with this incredible client - with a beautiful art collection - who trusted us completely and gave us the freedom to push things further than usual: collaborating with exceptional makers and vendors on custom and made-to-order pieces, alongside layered textiles and fabrics, and some incredible lighting throughout.

More to come…

Curves and calm—in this elegant project by .

We’re obsessed with the way every element feels sculpted and soft, from the sinuous sofa and pillowy armchairs to the hand-finished wood table. The palette is understated—creamy neutrals, warm wood, slate gray—but it’s the textures that steal the show. That boucle upholstery against the natural woven rug? Perfection. This space feels like a warm hug, elevated.

We are delighted to announce that , the dedicated meetings and events space for our sister brand , has been recognized as one of the Best Projects on Archilovers in 2024 for its outstanding aesthetics, creativity, and functionality!

Our designs for The Annex BK honor its industrial heritage while seamlessly incorporating modern, contemporary elements to create a space that is both distinctive and versatile. From custom furniture and bespoke decor to thoughtfully curated vintage finds, every element was selected to add character and authenticity to the space. These unique pieces, combined with adaptable layouts, create an environment that inspires creativity, fosters collaboration, and accommodates diverse gatherings—from private events to team offsites to company retreats.

What makes this recognition even more special is that The Annex BK is one of the most ‘loved’ projects among over 25,000 published on Archilovers this year!

This recognition underscores our dedication to designing spaces that strike the perfect balance between form and function, where timeless design meets the dynamic needs of modern gatherings, fostering connection and creativity.

A heartfelt thank you to Archilovers for this incredible honor, and to everyone who has made The Annex BK a go-to destination for innovation and collaboration!

A beautiful ceramic wall art piece by .bentz adds a unique artistic element to the space, creating a subtle focal point that complements the overall design.

We’re excited to share a first glimpse of our recently completed Greenpoint townhouse project! ✨

Our goal was to create a space that felt both open and inviting, while still maintaining functionality for this busy family. Custom millwork, designed by us and crafted by a local millworker and upholsterer, includes pieces like the dining bench, media wall, curved reading nook, entry bench with coat hooks, and staircase divider.

The entry now has proper storage and seating, offering a seamless transition into the main living space, which serves as both the family room and play area. We kept the living space open and cohesive, adding subtle separators for different points of visual interest, all while emphasizing practical storage.

The staircase has been transformed into a modern focal point, integrated seamlessly into the flow of the space, while the quiet color palette and materials help create a calm and comfortable atmosphere.
