Tiramisu au saumon fumé en verrine : recette apéritive chic et facile
Ingrédients:

Sauce moutarde rapide pour viande

Ingrédients :
20 g de beurre
1 échalote
1 c. à soupe de moutarde
15 cl de crème liquide
5 cl de vin blanc
Poivre noir

Préparation :

Épluchez et émincez finement l’échalote.
Faites fondre le beurre dans une petite casserole à feu doux.
Ajoutez l’échalote et faites-la revenir pendant 2 à 3 minutes jusqu’à ce qu’elle soit tendre.
Versez le vin blanc et laissez réduire légèrement pendant quelques minutes.
Ajoutez la moutarde, puis mélangez bien.
Incorporez la crème liquide et remuez jusqu’à obtenir une sauce bien lisse.
Ajoutez un peu de poivre noir selon votre goût.
Laissez cuire encore 2 à 3 minutes à feu doux, sans faire bouillir.
Servez chaud avec votre viande.

🌮 Mexican Tacos
🧾 Ingredients:
500 g ground beef (or chicken)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup tomato sauce
8 small taco shells or tortillas
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
Sour cream (optional)
Fresh cilantro (optional)
👨‍🍳 Instructions:
Cook the meat
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onion and cook until soft (about 3 minutes). Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Add beef and spices
Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
Stir in chili powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
Add sauce
Pour in tomato sauce and let it simmer for 5–7 minutes until thick and flavorful.
Warm the tortillas
Heat taco shells or tortillas in a pan or oven for a few minutes.
Assemble tacos
Fill each tortilla with the meat mixture. Add lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and toppings.

🧾 Ingredients:
500 g ground beef
1 small onion, chopped

1 can (300–400 g) cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
1 bag frozen tater tots
👨‍🍳 Instructions:
Preheat oven
Set your oven to 180°C.
Cook the beef
In a pan over medium heat, cook ground beef with onion until browned. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Drain excess fat.
Mix the filling
Add cream of mushroom soup, milk, vegetables, salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir well and let it simmer for 2–3 minutes.
Assemble the casserole
Pour the beef mixture into a baking dish. Sprinkle half of the cheese over it.
Add tater tots
Arrange frozen tater tots evenly on top in a single layer.
Bake
Bake for 35–40 minutes until the tater tots are golden and crispy.
Add cheese on top

🥩 Salt-Crusted Roast Beef
🧾 Ingredients:
1 kg beef roast (any cut you like)
2–3 cups coarse salt (sea salt or rock salt)
1–2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon black pepper (optional)
2 cloves garlic (optional)
👨‍🍳 Instructions:
Preheat the oven
Set your oven to 200°C.
Prepare the meat
Pat the beef dry with paper towels. Rub lightly with olive oil. Add pepper and garlic if using.
Create the salt crust
Spread a layer of salt on a baking tray. Place the meat on top, then completely cover it with the remaining salt. Press it gently so it forms a crust.
Bake
Roast in the oven for about 45–60 minutes (depending on size and how well done you like it).
Rest the meat
Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Break the crust
Crack the salt crust and remove it. Brush off excess salt.
Slice and serve
Cut into slices and serve. The inside will be juicy and perfectly seasoned.

🧾 Ingredients:
700 g beef (ribeye or sirloin), thinly sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup beef broth
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
4 sandwich rolls (hoagie or sub rolls)
6–8 slices provolone cheese (or cheddar)
1 tablespoon butter (optional, for toasting bread)
👨‍🍳 Instructions:
Sauté the vegetables
Turn on the pressure cooker to sauté mode. Add olive oil, then cook onions and bell peppers for 3–4 minutes until softened. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Add the beef
Add the thinly sliced beef and cook briefly until it starts to brown.
Add liquid & seasoning
Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Add salt and pepper. Stir well.
Pressure cook
Close the lid and cook on High Pressure for 10 minutes.
Let pressure release naturally for 5 minutes, then do a quick release.
Melt the cheese
Open the lid and stir. Place slices of cheese on top of the beef mixture, close the lid (no pressure), and let it melt for 2–3 minutes.
Prepare the bread
Lightly toast sandwich rolls with butter (optional but вкусier).

Fill each roll with the cheesy beef mixture.

1.5–2 kg beef brisket
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 large onion, sliced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup beef broth

2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
1 teaspoon dried thyme
2 carrots, sliced (optional)
2 potatoes, chopped (optional)
👨‍🍳 Instructions:
Sear the brisket (optional but recommended)
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Sear the brisket on both sides until browned (about 3–4 minutes per side).
Prepare the base
Place sliced onions and garlic at the bottom of the slow cooker.
Add the brisket
Put the seared brisket on top of the onions.
Mix the sauce
In a bowl, combine beef broth, tomato sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, paprika, salt, pepper, and thyme.
Pour & add veggies
Pour the sauce over the brisket. Add carrots and potatoes around the meat if using.
Slow cook
Low: 8–10 hours (best for tenderness)
High: 4–6 hours
Rest & slice
Remove the brisket and let it rest for 10 minutes. Slice against the grain.
Serve
Spoon the sauce and vegetables over the sliced brisket.
🍽️ Tips:
Cooking on low heat gives the most tender result.
For a thicker sauce, remove the liquid and simmer it on the stove for 10–15 minutes.
Great with mashed potatoes, rice, or fresh bread.
