Easter Swirl Pie 🐣🌈
Isn’t this just the happiest little dessert you’ve ever seen? I started making this for my grandkids around Easter, and now it’s a yearly tradition. It’s bright, creamy, and so fun to make — perfect for spring celebrations or just a cheerful treat any day of the week!
Ingredients:
1 pre-made graham cracker crust
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
Food coloring (pink, yellow, blue, purple)
Whipped cream and sprinkles, for topping
Instructions:
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, and mix until fluffy.
Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
Divide the mixture into 4 small bowls. Tint each one with a different pastel food coloring.
Drop spoonfuls of each color into the graham crust, alternating for a rainbow effect. Use a butter knife to swirl the colors together lightly — don’t overmix!
Smooth the top and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
Before serving, top with a swirl of whipped cream and festive sprinkles.
