1 Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2 In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
3 In another bowl, mix Panko, Parmesan, garlic powder, and paprika.
4 Dredge each shrimp in the breadcrumb mixture and place on the baking sheet.
5 Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden and crispy.

Ingredients:
• 1 lb lump crab meat (picked over for shells)
• 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise
• 1 egg, beaten
• 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 2 tsp Creole seasoning
• 1/4 cup chopped green onions
• 1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• Salt & pepper to taste
• Oil for frying
Instructions:
1 In a large bowl, gently mix all ingredients except the oil.
2 Form into 6–8 crab cakes and chill for 15–20 mins.
3 Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
4 Fry cakes 3–4 minutes per side, until golden brown.
