🧀 I wasn’t planning on baking today… but one bite of these cheesy little rolls changed everything.
These golden Chipa (Paraguayan Cheese Bread) are crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside, and packed with cheesy goodness. The best part? They’re naturally gluten-free and made with just a handful of simple ingredients.
I mixed cassava flour, eggs, butter, and lots of cheese, rolled them into little rounds, and baked them until golden. The smell alone had everyone running to the kitchen!
Trust me, if you love cheese, these disappear FAST. 😍
