I wanted something crispy, high-protein, and a little different from the usual chicken recipes. So I mixed ground chicken with finely chopped green chilies, spring onions, grated ginger and garlic, carrot, coriander leaves, turmeric, chili powder, cumin, coriander powder, and salt. After letting everything marinate for about an hour, I wrapped the mixture in softened rice paper, rolled it up, cut it into bite-sized pieces, and popped them into the air fryer.

Just 10 minutes at 400°F and they came out perfectly golden, crispy on the outside, and juicy on the inside.

Chicken Francese……Some people think healthy eating means giving up pasta… but this plate proves otherwise. 🍝✨
