CRISPY FETA |MELON SALSA | TZATZIKI C
Summer on a plate - crispy feta in spring roll
wrappers meets fresh watermelon and
tzatziki.Easy & quick to make C
Crispy Feta
Wrap feta in two spring roll wrappers, brush with olive oil and bake at 180 °C fan or in the air fryer until golden brown (about 10-15
minutes).
Melon Salsa
Dice the watermelon, mix with salt, a bit of
sweet balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
D.Tzatziki
Peel 1 cucumber (approx. 350 g), grate, salt
and squeeze out well
• Mix with 60 g cream cheese, 80 g yogurt,
60 g sour cream and %2 chopped clove of
garlic
• Season with salt

Perfect as a summer starter or light dinner.

Classic Italian Bruschetta Recipe 🍅

Ingredients

1 baguette or rustic Italian bread

4 ripe tomatoes, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

Fresh basil leaves, chopped

3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

Salt and black pepper

Optional: balsamic glaze or mozzarella

Instructions

1. Slice the bread and toast or grill until golden and crisp.

2. Rub each toast lightly with a garlic clove.

3. In a bowl, combine tomatoes, minced garlic, basil, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

4. Spoon the tomato mixture onto the toasted bread.

5. Drizzle with extra olive oil or balsamic glaze if desired.

6. Serve immediately.

Tips

Use fresh, ripe tomatoes for the best flavor.

Add mozzarella for a richer appetizer.
