Galison We bring art into everyday life by collaborating with an eclectic mix of known and emerging artists ✨ As the firm grew, so too did our product scope.

Founded in 1979, Galison is now a team of more than 30, based in New York City, as part of Galison Publishing LLC, owned by the McEvoy Group. In the beginning, we worked with museums to make select art imagery widely available in the form of smartly designed paper products. With the successful publication of assorted calendars and books, we expanded our portfolio to include fine art stationery, boxed notecards, greeting cards, personalized holiday cards, journals and singular gift items
for writers. Today, Galison offers a dazzling array of puzzles, games, gifts, stationery, home decor products and desk accessories. Our innovation in puzzles and games, in particular, has set us on the path to becoming a key player in that market. At the same time, our intent with all our work remains to continue inspiring our customers — to bring more art into everyday life.

Paint by numbers is the best activity for when your brain is fried and you couldn't possibly make another decision, because you don't have to choose the design or the colors!

Put down the phone and pick up a paintbrush instead to end your day without feeling restless from doomscrolling 🎨🖌️

Just a few days until NFL kickoff, which means prepping the cozy hobbies for indoor game nights! 🎨🧶🧩🏈

Even better if the craft is sports-related (like the Hometown Cheer and Thankful Table puzzles from !)

Do you have a team?

I love displaying my hobbies around my home, whether it is painting, cross stitch, punch needle, photography, or any of the many hobbies I only tried once (but might retry eventually!).

I am proud of everything that I create with my hands, even if it's not professional and perfect, and that's why a majority of my pieces are hung up, taped up, or displayed in every room. It makes my space special and unique to me 🧶🎨🖼️📸

This is the Cozy Cottage Punch Needle Kit illustrated by (link in bio) and was my first introduction to the fiber arts! 🪡🧵

Baking, painting, fiber arts, puzzles and more are a powerful use of your time when it brings you joy, relaxation, and creativity.

Hobbies aren't about perfection, but the rhythm of making, improving your skills, figuring out a challenge, and how incredible it is to make something with your own hands. Don't worry about productivity or wasting time, because the investment in you, through your creativity and mental well-being, will always be worth it

already started on my long list of fall hobbies including (but definitely not limited to) baking, sprinkle embroidery, puzzles, reading, fiber arts, coloring, painting, beaded trinket dishes, candle-making, and folding my own matchbooks 🕯️🎃🍪🍂☕️📚️

what hobbies do you have planned this fall?
