I’ve been pretty quiet the last few weeks because lots of activities and all things May. I also had several catering things back to back! (So thankful)

But I am all caught up and I would love to make you something yummy!!

Last summer several people ordered a bunch of casseroles to take with the on Family VaCa so they didn’t have to cook! This is a great idea!!!

Hashbrown Casserole (always the fan favorite!)

So grateful they asked me to do this for them!! It was a lot of work…but so much fun!
