Good morning everyone, happy Saturday! 2 weeks ago, i came into work on a regular old Monday and was sadly informed that my co-worker Jessica had suffered a sudden cardiac arrest. It broke my heart to know that someone as sweet and kind as Jess was going through this, as well as her family and friends having to watch her go through it.
With the “ok” from my office manager, Monday night was spent shopping for shirts, creating a design and making shirts for everyone in the office so we could show our support for Jess while she was out. It was a stressful night due to my sublimation printer giving me issues. Poor Jake even ran to Walmart 15 minutes before they closed to buy me a new printer in case mine was down for the count (He forgot his phone at home so when i tried to text him that my printer was working again he didn’t get the message🤣) But we did it!
I got to thinking that “JAC” is what Jess is known as at work and it would be nice for everyone to have shirts if they wanted to wear and show their support. I reached out to Jess’ sister Sam and with her permission i created a “Jess Mafia” design and got permission to use the “Jess Strong” design that someone else made.
If you would like to purchase a “Jess Strong” or “Jess Mafia” shirt, i am selling them for $20. They can be shipped (shipping cost calculated on a per person basis), delivered or picked up. All proceeds will be donated to the Mattson Family meal train campaign. If you are interested, please message me the quantity, size(s), and design choice(s). There are Youth( S, M, L) and Adult sizes (S - 3XL), as well as onesies ranging from 0-12 months.
