You guyssss, there are a million bajillion decisions that go into custom home design and you best believeee I am on site from day one with my handy dandy otter ai notetaker (the fu***ng besttt assistant) to capture all the details we are reviewing - this week at Rossmor we went through light switches, verifying jboxes, making sure there's enough power for all the hot tools, the best place for towel hooks etc. etc. etc. There's nothing like solving the problem for our clients before it becomes a problem, because it is a big ass headache to live day in and day out if things are out of reach or too close together - not hapenning over here folks!!!

Guyssss, these past two months have been a whirlwind, and I will tell ya, folks, this isssss my season. Being able to walk around a city in a sweater - drinking and not sweating, and football rocking and rolling. Man, this is FALL. Also, I did my annual swap out of sweaters and brought the fall/winter ones, and realized I might have a problem, folks.

Random, but what is everyone's PJ game like these days?? When I went to the Unreasonable Hospitality Leadership Summit this year, I was the last one to make it to the merch stand, and all they had left were ###L t-shirts. But I was like, I have to get the swag. That shirt has now become my pajamas. Was I missing the big t-shirt pajama memo this whole time? Because this is the comfiest fit I have ever worn in my life. Why in tarnation was I out here wearing full sets?

And then, plot twist. I just got back from an amazing trip to Chicago, and one night we stayed in and did a PJ and movie night, and everyone matched in PJ sets!!! Now I am torn - am I reformed again?? Are you a full set gal? Better yet, a matching set??

Okay, new month, new reading list! October has me craving cozy nights in with a good book, which brings me to my question: can someone fill me in on this whole like Kindle world? Do I need to buy one? Starting to think so, so I can read at night. But I really like the old-fashioned feel of carrying around a book, turning the pages, highlighting with my highlighter, or underlining. How do we feel about the kindles?? Also, any audiobook people out there? I just can't seem to get into it and actually ABSORB the info without having the book in my freaking hands. Especiallyyy when I am in deep with a new leadership book I just want to soak up everyyy nugget of info!! Eeeek help!
