This Father’s Day, Brian built something truly special, not for a client, but for his son, Brad.

He handcrafted a custom fishing bench so Brad can sit by the water and fish with his sons, Brian’s grandsons, making memories that will last a lifetime. A simple gift, built with purpose: to slow down, soak up the moment, and pass something meaningful on to the next generation.

Even with his hands full building decks, porches, planters, and more for our amazing community, Brian always makes time for what matters most, his family. Being a dad and grandpa is the greatest build of all.

BrianBuilt Update 🔨

Brian’s been busier than ever, from building decks and porches to crafting planters and tackling all kinds of side jobs. And when he’s not building, he’s proudly wearing his favorite title: Papa!

We feel incredibly blessed for the steady flow of work and the continued support from our amazing local community. It’s a full season, and we’re grateful for every bit of it.

Our summer ‘home away from home’ deck/porch is complete! Cannot wait for the kids, grands, family, friends, and neighbors to come and let the summer barbecues, fun and games, and especially our individual and group Bible studies, begin! We remain so thankful for such a beautiful space to love, connect, grow and create beautiful memories together while glorifying God in everything we do and everything we have.

Brian always enjoys incorporating his expertise and signature details (as you can see in his picture-framed borders, entrance angles, and steps) in EVERYTHING he builds to turn ALL of his creations into unique and beautiful treasures for everyone to enjoy! Always takes a lil longer, but always worth the wait! “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.” Colossians 3: 23

When you’ve got the experience, the raw talent, and mastery of the right tools, beautiful things are created.

Brian has been working hard on this deck, built with care and purpose for our family campsite. It’s more than just wood and nails; it’s a space to gather, share stories, and watch the grandkids laugh and play.

The finishing touches are almost done, and we can’t wait to spend time here making memories. We’ll share the final photos soon, but here’s a peek behind the scenes.

What a Weekend at the Frenchtown Makers Market!

We had an incredible time this weekend connecting with our community at the Frenchtown Makers Market, and we’re feeling so grateful!

We sold 13 custom pieces (thank you!!) and had some amazing conversations with people who appreciate handmade, intentional craftsmanship.

From raised garden beds to planters of all sizes, we loved seeing what customers were drawn to and hearing ideas for future projects.

These markets aren’t just about what we sell, they’re about the people we meet, the stories we share, and the local support that keeps small businesses like ours going.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, chatted with us, and supported Brian Built. We’re already looking forward to the next one! Now to get busy on these orders!!
